ITINERARY

This Gastronomic tour begins in the Fishing port of Chorrillos, where you'll witness the coastal living at its finest. Seabirds soar in the heavens while you watch the fishermen in full fatigues, pulled from the ocean the fish that will soon be on the best restaurants in Lima. It is a unique window into the day-to-day of these workers to the sea from the hustle and bustle of the sale until such time that the fresh fish changes hands to get to the kitchens more prominent.

After, we dive into a traditional market, a space full of colour and life, where you'll discover an amazing variety of indigenous fruits and tubers like potato, in all its forms and colors. Here you can explore the flavors that are an essential part of the daily diet in peru, learning about what makes the country's cuisine is as rich and diverse.

Then we head to the iconic restaurant The Bolivarian, a corner full of history and tradition. Here, you will become an authentic peruvian chef, learning how to prepare the famous pisco sour and the iconic ceviche. Under the guidance of experts, you'll learn the secrets behind these signature dishes of peruvian cuisine. Completing this tour, you will enjoy a delicious lunch that can include options such as lomo saltado or aji de gallina, accompanied by the ceviche, which thou hast prepared, all this accompanied by a refreshing glass of chicha morada, a drink very traditional in Peru.
