We will start the day by picking them up at your hotel in Cusco and we will go to the Traditional Market of San Pedro, where you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, and explore a variety of local products. After, we will take a short walk up the Arch of Santa Clara and the San Francisco Square, admiring the colonial architecture and observing the everyday life of the residents.
Below, we will head to the Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city, where they will have the opportunity to marvel at the majestic Cathedral and the impressive architecture that surrounds it. From there, we will visit the Museum Pukamarka, where you can immerse yourself in the rich history of the region, before heading to the Qorikancha, the ancient Temple of the Sun. Here, learn about its cultural significance and its role in the inca society.
Then we will visit the famous Stone of the Twelve Angles, a symbol of the craftsmanship inca, and we take a walk through the traditional neighborhood of San Blas, known for its talented craftsmen and its bohemian atmosphere.
After, we will visit the Aqueduct Colonial Sapantiana, a remarkable work of engineering, and then we will walk through the street 7 Borreguitos, a charming location where you can find unique crafts and enjoy the local culture.
At the end of the tour, you will return to your hotel, ending a day full of discoveries and charm in Cusco.
